How to download the Medicare Scope of Appointment (SOA)

My MFG provides 2 ways to download a completed SOA in My MFG:

Option 1: Client Profile View

  1. Go to the client’s Profile.

  2. Navigate to SOA HISTORY.

  3. Click the COMPLETED status.

  4. View and download the SOA PDF.

Option 2: Client Signature View

  1. Click CLIENTS → CLIENT SIGNATURE.

  2. Find the client in the list.

  3. Click the COMPLETED status.

  4. View and download the SOA PDF.
