Reasons why the enrollment option is not available in My MFG

If the enrollment button is greyed out in My MFG

ACA:

Please contact Producer Support to ensure your FFM ID on file is correct.

MEDICARE:

Non-Enrollable Carrier :

Please refer to the My MFG Enrollment Guide housed in My MFG in the SUPPORT/TRAINING section to see which Medicare plan enrollments are available in My MFG

Non-Commissionable Plan :

The Carrier will not pay agents for plan submissions. Plans flagged will have a disclaimer under the greyed-out enrollment button.

Plan Suppression:

Suppressed Medicare plans are those for which the carrier does not authorize enrollment to be completed on a third-party site.

Please visit the carrier's site directly to complete the enrollment.

Common reasons a plan is suppressed include CMS compliance issues, quality concerns (such as a low star rating), or a strategic decision made by the carrier.

Not Ready To Sell (RTS) :

Your name was not listed on the latest carrier RTS report. Carrier roster updates vary from carrier to carrier, with most carriers updating their rosters daily or weekly.

Medicare enrollment permissions are automatically enabled upon receipt of the updated carrier roster. Please allow time for your access to be turned on.

ANCILLARY

Currently, the only stand-alone dental enrollment supported in My MFG is Ameritas & Manhattan Life. Please use the carrier website to submit enrollments for all other carriers. If you're unable to complete a Manhattan Life – Dental quote in My MFG.

Please contact us with your Agent Writing Number to confirm that your dental enrollment permissions are active.

  • States Appointed

C.I Enroll stands for carrier initiated enrollment, if you click C.I enroll it will direct you to the carrier site to complete the enrollment.
