How to Add External Enrollments

  • Go to the Client profile - Enrollment History section

  • Select Add External Enrollment to enter the details pictured below

How to View External Enrollments

If you've manually added clients with active policies to MyMFG, they will not be reflected in the main MyMFG dashboard statistics.

To view reporting for manually added enrollments:

1. Go to the Reports tab in MyMFG

2. View/ download External Enrollment Reports as a CSV file.
