Effective September 1, 2025, Georgia Access will suppress all individual and family plan offerings from Aetna Health Inc. (Georgia).
What This Means For You:
Aetna Georgia plans will no longer be available to consumers seeking to enroll in new coverage after August 31, 2025. However, existing Aetna members will still be able to add dependents after September 1, 2025, through the end of the year.
Agents will need to use My MFG or their Georgia Access portal account for support with dependent enrollments.
Starting October 1, 2025, Consumers will need to review coverage options and actively select a different carrier plan for 2026.
Open Enrollment begins on November 1, 2025. Enroll by December 15th to have coverage start on January 1, 2026.
For coverage effective February 1, 2026, you must enroll by January 15, 2026.
