Oscar 2025 ACA Commission Rule – Florida & Georgia
Agents selling Oscar in Florida (FL) and Georgia (GA) must write a minimum of 10 lives to qualify for ACA commissions. In all other states, Oscar's minimum is 1 life.
Agents will be eligible for commissions once the client's first month’s premium is paid & the policy effectuated.
IMPORTANT:
No back pay for business written before meeting the 10-life minimum.
