How to reset my phone number used to receive the 2-step authentication code

To update the phone number used for MyMFG 2-Step Authentication, a verification code will be sent to the new number.

Each agent must register their phone number. Sharing a number to receive an authentication code is not allowed.

To request this change, please submit a tech support ticket by selecting:

  1. "Talk to an Agent"

    OR

  2. By calling the Producer Support team at 866-568-9649.
