Ambetter canceled the Florida Celtic program because, effective January 1, 2026, Ambetter Health will no longer operate in Florida under the Celtic Insurance Company license.
As part of this change, all broker appointments and contracts associated with the Celtic license (off-exchange) in Florida are being terminated. Ambetter will continue operating in Florida through its Marketplace plans, including Sunshine Health Plan, Inc. and Florida Venture, for agents who maintain an active Florida license and 2026 FFM certification.
