You can access your 1099 form in your E-AgentCenter profile, to log in go to eagentcenter.com and click on Form 1099.
There you will see your previous year's tax return if you received more than the limit set by the IRS to issue a 1099.
1099's will be available no later than the last day in January. Please make sure to verify your tax information in EAgentCenter is correct/matches the information you will use when submitting your taxes to the IRS in order to avoid 1099 change fees.
We reserve the right to pass on any fees we incur from the IRS due to agents providing incorrect tax information.
Note:
1099s will be available end of January.
Messer does not mail out 1099 forms.
1099's are only created when an agent's net income is at least $600 for the year.
