CSG is our online quoting platform available at:

You can access CSG directly in two ways:
Go to messerfinancial.com
Log in to your Agent Center
Click on Quote Tools
Select the direct link to CSG
If you do not yet have a CSG account, simply click “Create an Account” on the login page to request access.
What You Can Quote in CSG
CSG is available for quoting only in the following product categories:
Medicare Supplement
Hospital Indemnity
Dental
Please note: CSG is a quoting tool. It is not used to submit applications directly.
Contracting Requirements
You do not need to be contracted with a carrier to request access or run quotes in CSG.
To complete an enrollment, you must be properly contracted with the carrier.
When you move forward with an application, you will be directed to:
The carrier’s website, or
Your broker portal
Be sure your carrier contracting is in place before submitting business.
Important Information About E-Applications
You may see an option inside CSG that allows you to complete an e-application.
Please note:
E-applications completed within CSG do not process or submit enrollment.
Applications must be completed directly through the carrier or your broker portal.
Cigna Medicare Supplement
Cigna does not appear inside CSG for quoting.
However, we do offer Cigna Medicare Supplement, and it can be quoted and submitted outside of CSG through the appropriate carrier process.
