How to Set Up GoToConnect

Instructions on how to set up connect AKA office in a box AKA MyMFG Connect

You'll receive an email to set up your Connect (AKA GoTo Connect, MyMFG Connect, AKA office in a box) account. This must be done first before you're able to activate your account.

To activate your Connect account, follow the instructions below.

1. Download GoTo App from the Apple or Google Play store

2. Open your default Internet browser. (i.e. Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet )

3. Type in the URL: Mymfg.app

4. Access My MFG GoTo Connect integration by Selecting Menu > Clients > Connect.

On the Connect Dashboard, select Redirect to GoTo. If GoTo shows a "Something went wrong" screen, don't panic! Select "Reload GoTo."

5. Sign into GoTo. DO NOT enter a meeting name or ID. You will be automatically put on the GoTo Web Dashboard.

NOTE: Allow notification and microphone access.

6. Now, open the GoTo app (not the webpage!). Select Sign in to GoTo

CHROME/SAMSUNG USER: Hit NEXT to automatically sign in.

SAFARI USER: Tap the small browser icon in the bottom right on the screen. A pop up will ask "Open in GoTo?" Choose open.

7. The app will open the GoTo dashboard. To place a call, use the floating keypad icon in the bottom right. You're all set!

In order to use the Connect feature, complete email SOAs, or text SOAs, you must always be logged into both MyMFG and GoToConnect.
