What is my MyMFG username?

Your username is a combination of:

  • First initial

  • Last initial

  • Last 4 digits of your SSN

Example: If your name is John Doe and your SSN ends in 3456, your username is JD3456.


How do I reset my password?

In MyMFG's login page click "Forgot password? Click here to reset your password" and a password reset e-mail will be sent to the account associated with your MyMFG account.

You can also call us 888-568-9649, and a team member will assist you.


Do I need special permissions to quote or enroll ACA plans?

No. Once your FFM ID is on file, you will have access to all available carriers and plans.

How often do I need to reauthenticate my EDE connection?

CMS requires agents to reauthenticate their EDE connection every 12 hours.


Applications & Enrollment Issues


I am getting an error when completing an application. What should I do?

Click on Kate, our AI chatbot (small icon located on the bottom right corner of your screen) and click on "ask a question" and please provide:

  • Description of when you are seeing an error message.

  • Client's name

  • Application ID (if applicable)

  • A screenshot of the error message you are seeing



    Can I enroll State-Based Exchange (SBE) plans in MyMFG?


    Currently only Georgia (GA) is supported.
