As of September 2025, Healthsprings (formerly Cigna) has requested the removal of the “OTH” SEP code, which provides agents with the option to type in the applicable election period on all Medicare Advantage applications. This change was made at Cigna's request to ensure alignment with their enrollment policies. As a result, users will no longer find an "Other" (manual entry) SEP option for Cigna in MyMFG.
