Also called Short-Term Limited Duration Insurance (STLDI).

Prescription coverage varies and is limited by carrier.


Underwriting

STM plans are medically underwritten.

  • Applicants with health conditions may be declined

  • May get a higher premium based on health

  • No ACA protections apply
