GoTo Connect — Call Recording and Communication Platform

GoTo Connect — also known as MyMFG Connect or "Office in a Box" — is the call recording and communication platform supported in MyMFG. GoTo Connect is the only call recording platform supported in MyMFG.


What You Can Do in GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect supports the following capabilities within MyMFG:

  • Make and receive phone calls

  • Record calls for CMS compliance

  • Conduct and record virtual meetings

  • Send and receive text messages


Cost

GoTo Connect is available at no charge for agents enrolled in one of the following Messer Financial Group programs: All-In, Medicare Star, or ACA Star. Agents not enrolled in one of these programs are subject to a low monthly fee.


Requirements

  • A MyMFG account is required to use GoTo Connect.

  • You must be logged into both MyMFG and GoTo Connect to use the Connect feature, send or receive SOAs by text, or complete email SOAs.


How to Request GoTo Connect

To request GoTo Connect, contact Producer Support or reach out to your marketer. Once your request is processed, Producer Support will create your GoTo Connect phone number and send you an email with your number and full setup instructions.


Accessing GoTo Connect in MyMFG

Once your GoTo Connect account is set up, access it in MyMFG by navigating to Clients > Connect from the top navigation menu.


Setup Instructions

Full setup instructions are included in the email you receive from Producer Support when your GoTo Connect account is created. Download the GoTo Connect app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to use GoTo Connect on your mobile device.


Call Recording and Compliance

All calls made through GoTo Connect are recorded for CMS compliance. Recordings are retained for 10 years per CMS requirements and can be accessed directly in MyMFG. If you cannot locate a specific recording, contact Producer Support and a request will be submitted to the IT team.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep my existing phone number? A new number will be assigned to you with a local area code. Existing numbers cannot be ported over.

Can I have a 1-800 number? No. GoTo Connect only supports local area codes.

Can I use GoTo Connect on my phone and computer? Yes. Download the GoTo Connect app to your mobile device. Initial configuration must be completed through MyMFG first.

Can I use a desk phone? Yes, but desk phone configuration must be completed by a Super Admin in Producer Support.

Can I do virtual meetings? Yes. GoTo Connect supports virtual meetings with call recording capabilities.

Can I send and receive texts? Yes.

Can I fax with my GoTo Connect number? No. The fax feature is not currently available through Messer Financial Group's GoTo Connect account.

Why is GoTo Connect asking for a password? Under the current GoTo Connect configuration, your personal email address is used as your login, and you will need to set up your own password.

GoTo Connect is not working. What should I do? Confirm that you are accessing GoTo Connect through MyMFG via Clients > Connect. If the issue persists, contact Producer Support for troubleshooting assistance.

Can I set up call forwarding for my agency? Yes. Call forwarding can be configured through the Find Me option in GoTo Connect. For more advanced configurations, contact Producer Support.
