Overview
Oscar is offering licensed and appointed Producers a supplemental compensation opportunity called the 2026 New Member Bonus Program. Agents can earn a one-time, per-member bonus for eligible new members enrolled between November 1 and November 30, 2025 for a January 1, 2026 effective date for the ACA Market.

When Will I Get Paid?
Bonus payments will be issued to eligible Producers during or around May 2026, after members have satisfied the four-month enrollment requirement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine my members with other agents in my agency to hit a bonus tier?
No. Member counts are individual and cannot be aggregated at the agency level under any circumstances. Oscar reserves the right to audit applications to ensure business is not being combined.
Can I count members I enroll in multiple states together?
No. Each state's member count is tracked separately. For example, members enrolled in Texas cannot be combined with members enrolled in Ohio.
What if a member enrolled in November cancels before April?
Members must remain active and in good standing through April 2026 (a minimum of four months). Members who cancel or lose good standing before that point will not count toward your bonus.
Do previously enrolled Oscar members count?
No. Only members who are new to Oscar and have not been enrolled in the past calendar year are eligible for the program.
Are Catastrophic Plan enrollments included?
No. Members enrolled in Catastrophic Plans are excluded from the program.
What if I have a dispute about my payout amount?
All disagreements or disputes are resolved at the sole discretion of Oscar. Oscar may also amend or discontinue the program at any time without advance notice.
I'm not sure about my contracting status with Oscar. Who should I contact?
