MEDICARE

1. Non-Enrollable Carrier

Please refer to the My MFG Enrollment Guide, located in My MFG under Support > Training, to review which Medicare plan enrollments are available within My MFG.

If a carrier is listed as non-enrollable, you must complete the enrollment directly on the carrier’s website.

2. Plan Suppression

A suppressed Medicare plan is one for which the carrier does not allow enrollment through a third-party platform.

In this case, please visit the carrier’s website to complete the enrollment.

Common reasons for plan suppression include:

  • CMS compliance issues

  • Quality concerns (e.g., low star ratings)

  • A strategic decision by the carrier

3. Not Ready to Sell (RTS)

If you are listed as Not Ready to Sell (RTS), your name was not included on the carrier’s most recent RTS report.

Carrier roster updates vary by carrier. Most carriers update their rosters daily or weekly.

Medicare enrollment permissions are automatically enabled once the updated roster is received. Please allow time for your access to be activated.

ANCILLARY

Currently, the only stand-alone dental enrollments supported in My MFG are Ameritas and Manhattan Life.

For all other ancillary carriers, please use the carrier’s website to submit enrollments.

If you are unable to complete a Manhattan Life – Dental quote in My MFG, please contact us and provide your Agent Writing Number so we can confirm your dental enrollment permissions are active.

Have Business Waiting Today?

If you have received a Ready to Sell (RTS) confirmation email from a carrier that includes:

  • Agent Writing Number

NOTE: Without the required information, enrollment permission will not be granted as you wait to receive confirmation.
