Agent Requirements
Agents must be Ready-to-Sell (RTS) with the carrier to enroll.
Enrollment permissions are auto-generated based on carrier rosters.
Not all carriers are available for enrollment in My MFG.
Refer to the internal Medicare Quote/Enrollment Guide for availability.
Find it in My MFG: Other → Support & Training.
Enrollment Button Indicators
Green: Enrollment available
Gray: Enrollment not available
External enrollments can be manually added for tracking purposes.
Suppressed Medicare Advantage Plans
Some plans cannot be enrolled through My MFG because carriers restrict third-party platform enrollments.
Common reasons for suppression:
Compliance concerns related to CMS regulations
Quality or performance concerns (e.g., low star ratings)
Strategic decisions by the carrier
Non-Commissionable Plans
Agents may enroll clients in non-commissionable plans.
The system will display a clear notification before submission.
