E-Agent Center is a secure portal where Messer Financial Group agents can view and download commission statements and access 1099 tax forms. E-Agent Center is your primary resource for tracking earnings and retrieving tax documents.
Agents receive access to E-Agent Center after their first commission statement is processed. The Commissions Department will send an email with login instructions at that time. Access is only available after the first commission has been paid.
How to Log Into E-Agent Center
Go to www.eagentcenter.com.
Enter the following credentials:
Company ID: messer (case sensitive)
Agent ID: First letter of your first name + first letter of your last name + last 4 digits of your SSN (example: AC6785)
Password: Last six digits of your SSN (first login only — you will be prompted to change your password on first login)
Viewing Commission Statements
Once logged in, commission statements are accessible from the E-Agent Center dashboard. Statements can be viewed and downloaded directly from the portal.
Viewing and Downloading 1099 Forms
Log into E-Agent Center.
Click Form 1099 to view compensation amounts for the applicable tax year.
To download tax forms, click eDocs, then click the PDF link under the Description column.
Resetting Your E-Agent Center Password
Click Forgot Password on the E-Agent Center login page at www.eagentcenter.com.
Follow the instructions in the email you receive to create a new password.
If the Forgot Password link does not work or you do not receive the reset email, contact the Commissions Department directly at [email protected] or call (866) 568-9649 and request to speak with the Commissions Department.
Missing Commission Payments
If you believe a commission payment is missing, submit a commissions inquiry form with detailed information about the missing payment.
