Agents enrolled in our Star Programs—ACA Star, Medicare Star, or All-In—receive a range of no-cost products and services. These include a free client-facing website and a custom email address that matches their website domain.
After joining a Star Program, agents will receive a welcome email containing a link to the Website Order Form, which is submitted to our Communications Department. Once the form is completed, the Communications team will send a follow-up form to gather website specifications.
Agents who are already enrolled in a Star Program and need the Website Order Form link can request it by emailing [email protected].
Agents who already have a website or email and need assistance can contact the Communications team at [email protected].
Agents who are not currently part of a Star Program but are interested in receiving a website and email through Messer can reach out to Producer Support for more information.
