Adding and Viewing External Enrollments in MyMFG

Adding External Enrollments:

This includes managing clients from unsupported state-based exchanges or unsupported carriers by recording their policies as external enrollments.

  1. Navigate to the Client Profile.

  2. Navigate to the Enrollment History section.

  3. Click Add External Enrollment.

  4. Enter the enrollment details as prompted.

    This process is particularly useful for clients from unsupported state-based exchanges.

Note: Fill in all required fields to ensure the enrollment is saved correctly.


How to View External Enrollments

This section is particularly useful for tracking clients from unsupported state-based exchanges.

If you've manually added clients with active policies to MyMFG, they will not be reflected in the main MyMFG dashboard statistics. This ensures that all client records, including those from unsupported state-based exchanges, are visible in one place.

To view reporting for manually added enrollments:

1. Go to the Reports tab in MyMFG

2. View/ download External Enrollment Reports as a CSV file.
