How to Cancel a Client's Plan

In the top blue navigation banner click on Other

Select EDE ACA Agent Dashboard

Look for your client’s application and click on View Application

In the client’s ACA Eligibility page under Policies you will see their Active Policies, there you can click Cancel Plan.
