What is my Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) user ID? What do I do if I've forgotten it?

What is my FFM User ID?

Your Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) user ID is the login credential you created when you set up your account on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Portal during the agent and broker FFM registration process. Your FFM ID is required to access ACA quoting and enrollment features in MyMFG.

Forgot Your FFM User ID?

To retrieve your forgotten FFM user ID, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the CMS Enterprise Portal landing page.

  2. Click the "User ID" link located under the "Login" button.

  3. Enter your information in the appropriate fields on the "Forgot User ID" page. If invalid data is entered, an error message will display. Once your information is successfully verified, you will receive a confirmation message, and an email containing your FFM user ID will be sent to the email address listed on your profile.

  4. Click the link in the confirmation email to log into the CMS Enterprise Portal.

FFM ID Incorrect in MyMFG?

If your FFM ID is incorrect in MyMFG, you will encounter errors when attempting to integrate your MyMFG and CMS accounts every 12 hours. Please contact our Support team to have your FFM ID updated or corrected.
