Products You Can Quote and Enroll in MyMFG

A reference guide to all products agents can quote and enroll in MyMFG, including Medicare, ACA, and ancillary products, and which products require an external tool to complete enrollment.

Written by Micaela Caruccio

This article covers which products agents can quote and enroll directly in MyMFG, and which products require an external tool to complete enrollment.

Medicare (MAPD, MA, PDP)

MyMFG supports quoting and enrolling Medicare Advantage (MAPD/MA) and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) for a wide range of carriers. Depending on the carrier, you may also have access to virtual enrollment and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) features.

Requirements before enrolling:

  • You must be Ready to Sell (RTS) with the correct carrier, product, and state to enable enrollment.

  • All virtual enrollments must be recorded using GoTo Connect (MyMFG Connect).

  • Per CMS guidelines, a Scope of Appointment (SOA) must be completed and retained before discussing Medicare plan options — either through MyMFG or outside the application.

Not every carrier available for quoting can be enrolled directly in MyMFG. For a full breakdown of which Medicare carriers support quoting, enrollment, virtual enrollment, and HRA, see:

ACA / Health

MyMFG is an Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) platform. By federal law, all EDE platforms are required to display every ACA Marketplace plan available in a given zip code. This means agents can quote and enroll any ACA plan in MyMFG regardless of whether they are contracted or appointed with that carrier.

Important: MyMFG does not enforce carrier appointment for ACA enrollments. If you enroll a client in a plan with a carrier you are not contracted with, the enrollment will go through, but you will not receive commissions. It is the agent's responsibility to ensure they are contracted and appointed with any carrier they intend to receive commissions from. To verify your contracting status, you can request a Ready to Sell report from Producer Support, or Producer Support can run one on your behalf.

Key details:

  • Once your FFM ID is on file, you will have access to all available ACA carriers and plans — no additional carrier-level permissions are needed.

  • CMS requires agents to reauthenticate their EDE connection every 12 hours.

  • Georgia is currently the only supported state-based exchange in MyMFG.

If you encounter a quoting issue for ACA, include the following when contacting support: state, county, household size, ages of applicants, and income.

Ancillary Products

MyMFG supports quoting and enrolling ancillary products through two carrier partners. Access for both must be added manually — contact Producer Support if you do not have access.
