Agency View Features in MyMFG

Understanding MyMFG's Agency View

Updated over a week ago

Agents Tab

Agency admins can view all agents under their agency and export a list of those agents.

  • Agency Head users and Agency Admins can see all agents in their agency.

  • They cannot manually add agents to their user group.

  • Our development team adds users to user groups, and agents are assigned under that one particular branch code.

System Users Tab

This tab allows admins to view agent account details and manage login access.

Admins can see:

  • Agent email

  • ACA licensed states

  • User roles

  • Okta integration status

  • Username

  • Last login

  • Identity proofing status

Admins can also:

  • Activate or deactivate an agent’s MyMFG login

  • Send password reset links

Appointments Tab

Admins can view appointment requests submitted by their agents, including:

  • Appointment status

  • Last activity date

  • Writing number

⚠️ Important:

Agency Heads and Agency Admins should not rely on the Appointments tab as the source of truth for appointment status.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information:

Leads Admin Tab

Leads are assigned to the Agency Head.

The Agency Lead Manager can then distribute those leads to agents within the agency.

ACA Carrier Permissions Tab (Only ACA)

This tab controls which ACA carriers and states agents can access.

  • If no states or carriers are selected, agents can access all carriers and all states.

  • If a specific state or carrier is selected, only that option becomes available and all others are restricted.

  • Permissions apply to all agents under the same branch code.

  • Permissions cannot be customized for individual agents.

Agency Settings

Admins can include agency information on all ACA consent forms that agents send to clients.
