Medicare Carrier Quote and Enrollment Capabilities in MyMFG — Plan Year 2026

Which Medicare Advantage, MAPD, and PDP carriers agents can quote, enroll, virtual enroll, and complete an HRA for in MyMFG for Plan Year 2026, including enrollment requirements and SOA rules.

Written by Micaela Caruccio

The table below shows which Medicare Advantage (MAPD) and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) carriers are available for quoting, enrolling, virtual enrollment, and HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) completion in MyMFG for Plan Year 2026.

Yes means that capability is available for that carrier in MyMFG.

No means that capability is not available for that carrier in MyMFG.

How to read this table — state scope: When a carrier name includes a state (e.g. BCBS Florida, BCBSNC, BCBSSC), the Quote, Enroll, Virtual Enroll, and HRA capabilities listed apply only to that specific state.

When a carrier name has no state listed (e.g. Humana, Aetna, UHC, Cigna HealthSpring), the capabilities apply in all states where the agent is contracted and Ready to Sell.

Important — BCBS and state-specific carriers: BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) plans in MyMFG are listed by individual state (BCBS Florida, BCBSNC, BCBSSC). If a BCBS state is not listed in this table, that state's BCBS plans are not currently available in MyMFG — do not infer capabilities from other BCBS state entries. For example, if an agent asks about BCBS Texas and Texas is not listed, the correct answer is that BCBS Texas is not in this table and therefore not available in MyMFG, not that it follows the same rules as BCBS Florida, BCBSNC, or BCBSSC. The same logic applies to any other carrier with a state name attached — only the states explicitly listed are supported.
